The Role

At article by Suzanne Chu, fashion is an art of personal curation with an unwavering focus on the client experience. We are seeking a customer-centric, style-driven Luxury Client Stylist to join our Women’s Multi-Brand team. In this role, you will act as a trusted private stylist, placing client needs at the heart of everything you do to build complete wardrobes and deliver highly tailored service. You will work intimately with our curated portfolio of leading global designer houses and emerging luxury brands.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Consultative Excellence: Exceed personal and store sales targets through an elevated, relationship-first approach to retail rather than transactional selling.

  • Customer-Centric Styling: Put the client first by curating complete, head-to-toe wardrobes across ready-to-wear, footwear, and fine accessories that suit their individual lifestyle and preferences.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture a loyal client book through thoughtful, customer-focused outreach, private styling appointments, and exceptional service standards.

  • Editorial & Product Expertise: Maintain deep mastery of brand narratives, fabrications, silhouettes, and seasonal collections to offer insightful, client-oriented guidance.

  • In-Boutique Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with merchandising, buying, and store management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, maintain flawless floor storytelling, and execute POS transactions flawlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven luxury fashion retail experience with a strong track record in customer-centric personal styling and wardrobing.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Ability to work a flexible schedule tailored to client demand and boutique needs, including peak retail hours, holidays, weekends, and events or appointments as required.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
